Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat related to banking and financial products.
- Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, loan applications, and credit card services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to banking regulations, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products that meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
Kualifikasi
- At least a 2nd year college undergraduate or a degree holder in any field.
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a banking or financial account.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills (at least 35 WPM).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
