Work Setup: Onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subscribers of a globally recognized streaming platform, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding account setup, billing, subscription plans, and service features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, and login problems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and technical teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
- Stay informed about new content, platform updates, and promotional offers to ensure accurate service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience is required.
- Senior High School graduate (K-12) is acceptable; College graduates are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle demanding situations calmly.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in online streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Go, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
