Work Setup: Onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subscribers of a globally recognized streaming platform, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding account setup, billing, subscription plans, and service features.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, and login problems.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and technical teams to resolve complex escalations.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
  • Stay informed about new content, platform updates, and promotional offers to ensure accurate service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience is required.
  • Senior High School graduate (K-12) is acceptable; College graduates are highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle demanding situations calmly.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in online streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Go, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
