- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to collections and account inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Meet performance targets including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and collections best practices
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous customer service or collections experience is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Metro Manila
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
