Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling requests for healthcare providers.
- Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure scheduling accuracy.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Update and maintain patient records in the internal database system with 100% accuracy.
- Liaise between patients, doctors, and clinics to facilitate seamless appointment management.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding scheduling conflicts.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
- Prior experience with a Healthcare account is strictly required.
- Strong background in appointment scheduling or capacity management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work in Mandaluyong City on a full-time basis.
