Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling requests for healthcare providers.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Update and maintain patient records in the internal database system with 100% accuracy.
  • Liaise between patients, doctors, and clinics to facilitate seamless appointment management.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding scheduling conflicts.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
  • Prior experience with a Healthcare account is strictly required.
  • Strong background in appointment scheduling or capacity management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to work in Mandaluyong City on a full-time basis.
