Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from US employees regarding benefits inquiries, payroll, and HR policies.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional guidance on health insurance plans, enrollment processes, and coverage details.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and call logs.
  • Collaborate with team leads and subject matter experts to ensure complex queries are resolved correctly.
  • Adhere to call scripts and quality standards to meet KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on company policies and industry regulations to provide correct information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in voice-based customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasay City, Metro Manila, with a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
