Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in end-to-end kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and procurement processes to minimize wastage.
- Support the executive chef in menu planning, cost analysis, and food safety compliance.
- Supervise junior staff and promote a collaborative, high-efficiency kitchen culture.
- Monitor food quality standards to ensure premium guest experiences.
- Engage in daily administrative reporting, including shift logs and kitchen productivity metrics.
- Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local health regulations.
Kualifikasi
