Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives that boost morale and workplace satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate internal company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee feedback, facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and portal updates, to keep employees informed and connected.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement in the workplace experience.
- Support the HR team in onboarding activities to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the Dexterton culture.
- Assist in the implementation of wellness and work-life balance initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or general HR roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and event planning capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal communication tools or design software (Canva is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
- Creative thinker with a genuine passion for cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
