Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash and electronic payments
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and customer service areas
- Assist with promotional activities and product launches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies and health/safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Willingness to undergo product knowledge training
