Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selections and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including shelving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to attract and engage customers.
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
