Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Manage store operations including cash handling, POS system usage, and daily reconciliation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays meet brand guidelines
- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promotional objectives
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards throughout the store premises
- Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic numeracy and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with approachable and customer-focused demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail systems
