Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and receiving deliveries
- Participate in store promotions and product launches to drive sales
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support team members in achieving sales targets and store objectives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
