- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and transaction processing
- Maintain store visual standards including shelf organization and display merchandising
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support store operations during peak hours and promotional events
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising interest
