- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Manage merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness and visual appeal
- Actively promote products, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to store management
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Pleasant personality with genuine enthusiasm for beauty and wellness products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise up to 10kg
