Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries regarding skincare, health, and beauty products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise products on the sales floor to ensure high visual standards.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and welcoming for all shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Flexible availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Enthusiastic about the retail and beauty industry.
