Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Process customer transactions and handle cash and card payments
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in promotional activities and upselling of products
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
