Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a helpful and positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash and card transactions with precision.
- Stock shelves and display areas according to visual merchandising standards to ensure a well-organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
