You will assist with product recommendations, handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently, and help maintain the high visual standards of our store. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a helpful and positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash and card transactions with precision.
  • Stock shelves and display areas according to visual merchandising standards to ensure a well-organized store environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry.
