Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and price-tagged correctly.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Actively promote Watsons loyalty program and ongoing store promotions to shoppers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock counting processes.
- Ensure all health and beauty products are displayed according to brand standards and planograms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a focus on service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in the retail or pharmacy industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operation.
