- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and personalized assistance
- Manage checkout operations efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and loyalty program inquiries
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
