Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge inquiries and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing sales transactions and returns
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and organized product displays
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and price verification
- Actively promote loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent with strong academic performance
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
