Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Manage cashier operations accurately and efficiently while processing payments
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and stock organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stock checks
- Actively promote current promotions and loyalty programs to enhance sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold valid work permit
