- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Assist with store operations including cleaning, restocking, and safety compliance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of store presentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Malay and English
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle stock
