Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs and current promotions.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle payments accurately, and process returns or exchanges.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and perform stock counts regularly.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and health supplements to better educate customers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies within the store premises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be customer-centric with a genuine interest in health and beauty products.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
