Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the right products, offering expert advice on health, beauty, and wellness items.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Restock inventory and organize stockrooms according to company standards.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
