Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory stock levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts.
- Ensure all health and beauty products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Energetic, friendly personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to learn about health and beauty trends and products.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
