As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in our store's success. Your daily tasks will involve operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. You will also assist with inventory management, replenishing stock, and handling customer inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent service and assistance.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and shelf displays.
  • Replenish stock levels and ensure product freshness and labeling are correct.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in promotional activities and merchandise setups.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder in any field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people of all backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of retail systems.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) is preferred.
