As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in our store's success. Your daily tasks will involve operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. You will also assist with inventory management, replenishing stock, and handling customer inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent service and assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and shelf displays.
- Replenish stock levels and ensure product freshness and labeling are correct.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities and merchandise setups.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder in any field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people of all backgrounds.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of retail systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) is preferred.
