Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering queries regarding product features and promotions.
- Maintain store presentation by ensuring shelves are neat, well-stocked, and items are clearly priced.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and loyalty card redemptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment tasks and stock counts.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate health and beauty recommendations to customers.
- Support promotional activities and store events to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; ability to speak additional dialects is a plus.
- A friendly, proactive, and positive attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating point-of-sale systems.
