In this role you will handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and efficient solutions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. You’ll be responsible for logging all interactions in our CRM system, promptly escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, and following up to ensure complete resolution. By listening actively and showing empathy, you’ll turn every call into a positive experience that reinforces customer loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to inbound customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations within defined service level agreements.
- Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining clear communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
