- Manage B2B client communications via phone, email, and digital channels

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B customer service or support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
