- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination role (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
