Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems for quality assurance
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
- Maintain product knowledge across Wuling's automotive lineup

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and communication tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
