Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and banking services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service quality.
  • Proactively support the bank’s customer improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting recurring client issues.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical or financial issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Provide detailed information on banking products, promos, and digital services to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols for all financial transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; Business, Communications, or Finance is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, at our Mandaluyong City office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
