Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Track and provide updates on parcel status, including delivery times and exceptions.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.
- Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma; college degree in any field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a day shift schedule (including weekends and holidays if needed).
- Must be located in or willing to work in Cebu City.
