Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
