Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide expert guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service processes and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Adhere to attendance and performance metrics set by the management team.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School diploma or College graduate).
- No previous experience required; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
