In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to handle inquiries, scheduling, and service coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a keen interest in automotive operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits professionally.
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage automotive maintenance scheduling effectively.
  • Provide detailed information regarding vehicle service packages, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the internal database.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with technical and workshop teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the service center.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Service Advisor roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office).
  • Ability to work a 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm).
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Candidates with prior automotive industry experience will be highly regarded.
