Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via live chat with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Actively identify customer needs and promote our service offerings to drive sales conversions.
  • Provide accurate and concise information regarding company products and services.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and insights.
  • Maintain a high volume of chat throughput while ensuring the quality of communication remains top-tier.
  • Document all chat interactions and sales activities accurately within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory; ability to communicate naturally and persuasively.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar chat-based support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure digital environment.
  • Technologically proficient with CRM software, chat tools, and basic office applications.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on a contractual basis and adapt to flexible shift patterns if required.
