Are you a dedicated service professional with a background in medical or insurance admissions? PT Teman Perempuan Sehati is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Customer Concierge to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our patient experience, ensuring that every individual receives seamless, efficient, and compassionate support during their admission journey.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between medical providers and insurance requirements, ensuring accuracy in documentation and peace of mind for our patients. We are looking for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, maintains high attention to detail, and possesses the communication skills to handle sensitive inquiries with professional grace.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end patient admission process, ensuring all data is captured accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, doctors, and insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Provide clear, compassionate explanations regarding hospital admission procedures, insurance policies, and billing expectations.
  • Proactively resolve admission-related inquiries or disputes to ensure a stress-free patient experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in the customer management system to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to expedite bed allocation and streamline patient flow.
  • Uphold high standards of professional etiquette and service excellence at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital admission, medical billing, or insurance administration.
  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance claim processing and medical terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive patient information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information management systems.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
