Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract management or customer service roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with billing systems and contract management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of EMEA market and contractual practices preferred
