Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and platform maintenance
  • Lead and mentor customer service teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and service quality standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Analyze operational KPIs and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities

  • Prepare regular operational reports and performance dashboards for leadership review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce operations or customer service management
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional operational teams
  • Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM systems
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Certification in Customer Experience Management or E-commerce Operations preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
