Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining service quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Monitor customer feedback trends and propose service improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
