Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Carro’s automotive services, including vehicle listings, financing, and after-sales support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to streamline issue resolution.
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs regarding response time and quality of service.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring customer pain points.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in any field; prior experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work shifts if required.
