- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend solutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students and graduates are welcome to apply
