Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in an efficient manner.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma / Senior High School Graduate (Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and typing skills.
