Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests in an efficient manner.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma / Senior High School Graduate (Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and typing skills.
