Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels including email, chat, and voice.
- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve service workflows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and provide actionable feedback to management.
- Uphold company service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of all requests.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, virtual assistant, or call center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general office productivity tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
