- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Manage ticketing inquiries, event bookings, and venue navigation assistance
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience processes
- Support special events and promotional activities with frontline presence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Knowledge of Singapore's arts and cultural landscape preferred
