Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound customer calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to improve service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in shift scheduling, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure coverage.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices.
  • Uphold company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a 4-day work week schedule.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications or a diploma in customer service are a plus.
