Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and creative solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues to identify process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Novaliches office.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
