Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and creative solutions.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues to identify process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work on-site at our Novaliches office.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
