Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone for Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and professional etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback with management.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Promote brand loyalty through proactive engagement and personalized assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Japanese (N2/N1 level preferred or equivalent spoken/written fluency).
  • Strong command of Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software/ticketing systems.
  • Availability to join by June 2026.
