Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone for Japanese-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and professional etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback with management.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Promote brand loyalty through proactive engagement and personalized assistance.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2/N1 level preferred or equivalent spoken/written fluency).
- Strong command of Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software/ticketing systems.
- Availability to join by June 2026.
