Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently using problem-solving frameworks

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in customer service roles
- Background in insurance industry strongly preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree advantageous
