In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales support infrastructure, ensuring that every transaction and operational requirement is handled with precision and speed.

As a Customer Operations Associate, you will bridge the gap between our field sales teams and back-office administration. You will be responsible for monitoring sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, and preparing critical reports that drive business decisions. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset necessary to improve operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and oversee the end-to-end execution of sales processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer transactions and operational logs.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and process challenges.
  • Manage operational documentation, ensuring all compliance and internal standards are met.
  • Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales operations department to facilitate seamless day-to-day activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
